Thanks guys! Jim, i always do lower body band shetectrs and a shoulder band routine before workouts, but that’s more because of injuries. Everything else varies, but sticks to dynamic warmup before and static shetectrs after. Workouts change everyday and even when I set my days I usually don’t set the workouts. For instance, yesterday I did strength in the morning and two quick WODs in the evening, today I’m doing a long WOD and tomorrow is something dynamic. The amount of work is planned but the specific movements are always random or created by someone else. I do try and work in weaknesses as much as possible and avoid overwork for specific movements but not specific muscles. Legs get worked everyday! Haha
